Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased on sale from Warsha are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We offer exchanges only in cases of sizing issues or if the product is defective. Due to lighting and screen differences during product photography, actual colors may slightly vary; therefore, color variation is not considered a valid reason for exchange. Customers have 24 hours from the time they receive their order to request a return or exchange. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact us through our website using your order number. If the request is approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to send the item. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Exchange Policy Details
- Sale items can only be exchanged if faulty. In such cases, customers will receive an online store credit; article-to-article exchange is not offered for sale products.
- Non-sale items may be exchanged if defective, damaged, or if there is a size issue.
- All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a credit voucher equal to the item value excluding shipping will be issued and can be used within 6 months.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Exchange processing may take 7–10 working days after product inspection.
- Warsha is not responsible for items that are delivered locally and then shipped internationally by a third party.
- Exchanges will be processed at the original purchase price, not the discounted price.
Exchange Procedure
- Submit your request through our website with your order number and clear photos of the item showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
- In cases of incorrect or faulty delivery, return shipping costs will be reimbursed in the form of a store credit.
Damages & Complaints
- All claims regarding damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.
- Warsha reserves the right to refuse exchange requests if misuse of the policy is suspected or if returned items are not in their original condition with tags intact.
Third-Party Purchases
Warsha is not responsible for purchases made through third-party sellers. Customers are advised to place orders only through our official website or authorized platforms to ensure authenticity and eligibility for after-sales support.
Cancellation Policy
- Paid orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Cash on Delivery orders must be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted through our website along with the order number.
Refund Policy
- Warsha does not offer refunds unless an item is confirmed defective or damaged.
- In cases of delivery delays or payment issues, customers should contact their payment provider directly for assistance.
