Return & Exchange Policy
All items purchased from Warsha Israr Official are carefully checked before dispatch. We offer exchange only in case of a sizing issue, wrong item received, or if the product is defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
Due to lighting, photography, screen display settings, and location differences during shoots, the exact colour of the product may slightly vary from the one shown in pictures or videos. Products cannot be exchanged or returned for this reason.
The customer has a window of 24 hours after receiving the parcel to initiate a request for return or exchange. Any request made after 24 hours of receiving the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or claim.
To initiate a return or exchange, customers can contact us at contact@warshaisrarofficial.com or by calling us at +923339927742 with the associated order number, clear pictures/videos of the product, and proof of purchase. If the request is accepted after review, we will guide the customer on how and where to send the parcel back.
Items sent back without first requesting a return/exchange approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In a resalable condition
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed and undamaged
- In the original packaging
- Having all tags, labels, and accessories intact
- Accompanied with proof of purchase/order confirmation and payment receipt
Exchange Initiation
Once the exchange request is accepted and we have received the item back, our team will inspect the product.
If the exact item and size are available in stock, the replacement item will be dispatched to the customer. This may take up to 7 working days after inspection and approval.
If the item is out of stock, the customer may be offered an alternative article, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on availability.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The customer must share clear pictures/videos of the damaged or incorrect item along with the parcel packaging and order details.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Customized or altered articles
- Articles made on pre-order
- Sale items
- Used, washed, damaged, or worn items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Articles damaged after delivery due to customer handling
Minor colour variation due to lighting, shoot location, camera result, or screen display is not considered a defect.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, only if the order has not been processed, customized, stitched, packed, or dispatched.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if the return request is approved by our team after inspection.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days through bank transfer or the original payment method.
Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be issued for used, damaged-after-delivery, altered, customized, sale, or non-eligible items.
